Content Protection Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
YoSpot AI, Inc. (“YoSpot ,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting intellectual property rights and encouraging original content. This Content Protection Policy explains the standards that apply when you submit prompts, generate or edit content, and publish or share content through our AI services. It covers text, images, videos, audio, and other material, including both user inputs and generated outputs.
This policy should be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Complaints and Content Removal Policy. It describes our content-protection standards and response procedures; it is not a guarantee that every request or output has been reviewed or cleared for use.
2. Respect for Copyright, Trademarks, and Other Rights
You must have the rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful basis needed to submit material and use the resulting output. Asking an AI model to generate or transform material does not transfer ownership of the underlying rights or eliminate restrictions on its use. Material being publicly accessible does not by itself make it free to copy or reuse.
Do not use the services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Prohibited uses include unauthorized copying of protected artwork or characters, deceptive use of logos or brand identifiers, counterfeit promotional material, and content that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. Requests for copies or close imitations may be restricted where they would infringe rights or violate our policies.
Not every reference to a brand, character, or creative work is necessarily unlawful. Context and applicable law matter. Nevertheless, YoSpot may apply content restrictions that are broader than legal minimums, and permission to use intellectual property does not override another prohibition in our Terms.
3. Prompt Screening and Generation Controls
Content-protection controls are intended to reduce the generation and distribution of infringing material. Depending on the feature, model, provider, and controls enabled, review may include automated prompt analysis, provider safeguards, and human review of reported concerns. Areas of review can include recognizable copyrighted characters, trademarked names, logos, protected symbols, and requests to reproduce protected work or produce misleading imitations.
A request may be blocked, rejected, limited, or returned with a suggestion for an original alternative. Where a feature supports prompt rewriting, a rewritten prompt must still comply with this policy; changing a name or a few words does not make an otherwise infringing request acceptable. Safeguards must not be treated as a way to obtain permission or a legal clearance decision.
Users may not attempt to evade restrictions through misspellings, aliases, coded language, fragmented requests, misleading descriptions, or instructions to ignore safeguards. These rules also apply to editing tools.
4. Automated Safety Guardrails Against Illegal and Exploitative Content
YoSpot uses automated safety guardrails designed to detect and block requests for illegal or exploitative AI-generated content. These safeguards support our content policies and are intended to reduce the risk that our services are used to create, promote, or distribute prohibited material. Their operation and coverage depend on the feature, model, provider, and controls enabled.
Child safety and CSAM. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of children, grooming, and sexualized depictions of anyone under eighteen (18), or presented as under eighteen (18), are strictly prohibited. Our safety standards apply to AI-generated, synthetic, fictional, and manipulated content as well as depictions of real people. Describing a subject as fictional or claiming that no real child was involved does not make a prohibited request acceptable.
Other illegal and exploitative content. The guardrails are intended to identify and restrict requests involving sexual violence, non-consensual sexual activity or intimate imagery, human or sex trafficking, coercion, exploitation, and other illegal or prohibited conduct. The prohibitions in our Terms of Service also apply, including those addressing incest, bestiality, intoxication, and deepfake images or videos.
Blocking and attempted evasion. Automated controls may reject a request, prevent generation, or restrict delivery of content when a violation is detected, depending on the safeguards available in the relevant workflow. Users must not try to circumvent protections through coded language, misspellings, misleading age descriptions, roleplay, fragmented instructions, or repeated variations of a prohibited request. An alternative prompt must not retain the illegal or exploitative purpose of the original request.
Reporting and corrective action. Automated safeguards supplement, rather than replace, reports and safety review. No automated system can guarantee that all illegal or exploitative content will be detected or prevented. A request being accepted or an output being generated is not approval of that content. If there is evidence of illegal or non-compliant content, it will be removed immediately under our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in abuse. Suspected trafficking or exploitation will be escalated under our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, including appropriate law-enforcement referrals and reports required by law.
Report suspected violations to [email protected], providing the content location and a description. Do not download or redistribute illegal material. Reports and recurring abuse patterns can inform review and improvement of our safeguards.
5. Original Content and Safer Alternatives
We encourage the creation of original characters, artwork, stories, and concepts. Describe general attributes such as composition, lighting, mood, colors, clothing, or setting instead of asking for an unauthorized replica of a protected work. Where an alternative is offered, it should be meaningfully original rather than preserve the distinctive identity of the prohibited target.
You remain responsible for checking that an output is suitable for your intended use, including publication, advertising, merchandise, or other commercial activity. An output may resemble existing material even when that resemblance was not requested. Access to an output, payment for generation, or an automated system allowing a request does not establish ownership, exclusivity, or permission to use third-party rights.
6. Real-Person Likenesses and Deepfakes
Content protection also includes safeguarding people against impersonation and misuse of their likeness. Our Terms prohibit using the services to create or generate deepfake images or videos, including AI-generated or manipulated depictions that falsely portray a real person as appearing, speaking, or acting in a way that did not occur. Sharing or distributing such deepfakes through the services is also prohibited.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, and other prohibited content remain forbidden regardless of any claimed artistic purpose, fictional framing, or ownership of the source material. Reports about a person’s likeness or safety can be submitted even when the reporter does not own the copyright in the content.
7. Limits of Automated Protection
No automated detection method can reliably identify every potentially infringing prompt or output. Systems can miss indirect references, unfamiliar works, or visual similarities and can also flag legitimate requests in error. Controls and coverage can differ across generation, editing, and sharing features and across external AI providers.
For these reasons, a successful generation is not approval of the content or a representation that it is lawful. Users should review outputs before use and report concerns. YoSpot may review and adjust its content-protection procedures in response to reports, recurring abuse patterns, technical changes, and changes in applicable requirements.
8. How to Report a Content Concern
Anyone may report a concern by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Content Protection Report.” An account is not required. Provide a description of the concern and the content URL or other identifying information so we can locate the material. If available, include the relevant account identifier, date, or generation reference.
For an intellectual-property complaint, include your name and contact email; a description of the work, trademark, or other right involved; a link or information identifying the original material; the location of the allegedly infringing content; an explanation of your ownership or authority to act; and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. Formal copyright notices should follow the separate DMCA Policy.
Provide only information reasonably needed to explain the concern. Do not download, attach, or redistribute illegal material, and do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. A person reporting suspected exploitation or another urgent safety concern does not need to prove ownership of intellectual property.
9. Review, Removal, and Account Action
All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt under our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. If there is evidence of illegal content or content that does not comply with our Terms or policies, the content will be removed immediately. Removal will not wait for the five-business-day deadline or an appeal.
Review may involve locating the material, examining the report and relevant available records, requesting clarification, and assessing the applicable policy. We will document the decision and communicate the outcome and reasons to the reporter where contact information is available. Requests for additional information do not extend the complaint deadline.
Actions may include removal or disabling access, restricting a feature, issuing a warning, or suspending or terminating an account, depending on the circumstances. Repeat infringement or deliberate attempts to evade restrictions may result in account termination. Relevant evidence will be handled securely and preserved or disclosed only as lawfully permitted or required.
YoSpot can act on content and accounts within its control. Removing content from YoSpot does not necessarily remove copies that another person has independently distributed elsewhere. This does not reduce YoSpot ’s obligation to address the reported material within its services.
10. Appeals and Independent Resolution
A reporter or a person affected by a content decision may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Complaint Appeal,” identifying the decision and explaining the disagreement. A reviewer not involved in the original decision will consider the appeal and communicate the outcome within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a disagreement remains unresolved following the internal appeal, it will be resolved by an independent, neutral body at the merchant’s expense. YoSpot AI, Inc., as the merchant, will pay all fees and costs charged by that body. The full process is described in our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. Content removed because of evidence of illegality or non-compliance remains unavailable during review and is restored only if determined lawful and compliant.
Formal copyright counter-notices and any legally required process are addressed in the DMCA Policy. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies available under applicable law.
11. Privacy and Contact
Reports and supporting information will be used to investigate the concern, administer appeals, protect users and rights holders, and meet legal obligations. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and other parties who need the information for those purposes. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is legally required or necessary for a lawful review or neutral dispute-resolution process.
