Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

YoSpot AI, Inc. (“YoSpot ,” “we,” or “us”) prohibits the use of its website, applications, content, and services to facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, or sexual exploitation. This policy applies to all users, accounts, communications, uploads, and AI-generated content. It establishes the procedures our personnel must follow to protect users and respond to suspected trafficking.

1. Prohibited Conduct and Non-Solicitation

You may not use our services to recruit, entice, advertise, solicit, transport, obtain, control, or exploit another person for trafficking, forced labor, or sexual exploitation. Threats, coercion, fraud, grooming, blackmail, debt bondage, and the exchange or sale of access to a person for exploitation are prohibited. You may not solicit or arrange commercial sexual services through our services, or publish contact information, payment instructions, advertisements, or links that facilitate trafficking or exploitation. Sexual exploitation of anyone under eighteen (18) is strictly prohibited, regardless of any claimed consent. AI-generated or fictional material may not be used to facilitate, promote, or conceal these activities.

2. Reporting Concerns

Anyone may report suspected trafficking or exploitation, with or without a YoSpot account, by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Urgent Safety Report.” Include the content URL, account identifier, relevant dates, and a description of the concern, where available. Proof is not required to report a suspicion. Do not download or redistribute illegal content, conduct your own investigation, or confront a suspected trafficker.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately (911 in the United States). Do not wait for a response from YoSpot . For official U.S. trafficking reporting information, see the DHS Blue Campaign.

3. Intake, Review, and Protective Action

Support personnel must log each report, preserve the information supplied, assess urgency, and immediately escalate suspected trafficking or exploitation to YoSpot management for a designated safety reviewer. The reviewer must assess the available content and relevant account activity for indicators such as coercion, recruitment for exploitation, threats, grooming, or attempts to arrange exploitative encounters. Reports must be assessed on evidence and behavior, without discrimination.

Where there is evidence of illegal or non-compliant content, YoSpot will remove the content immediately. We will restrict or suspend implicated accounts as needed to prevent further harm and terminate accounts found to facilitate trafficking or exploitation. Protective action must not wait for the ordinary complaint deadline, completion of a law-enforcement investigation, or an appeal.

4. Law-Enforcement Escalation

When a report indicates an immediate threat to a person, the designated reviewer must promptly contact the appropriate emergency or local law-enforcement authority using the available location information. When available information gives reasonable grounds to suspect trafficking or sexual exploitation, the reviewer must promptly refer the matter to the appropriate law-enforcement agency, such as local authorities or U.S. Homeland Security Investigations for matters within its jurisdiction. A referral must not be delayed until YoSpot can prove that a crime occurred.

The reviewer must record the basis for escalation, the agency contacted, the date, any reference number, and subsequent follow-up. YoSpot will make reports required by applicable law, including required reports concerning child sexual exploitation, and cooperate with lawful investigations and requests. Information will be disclosed through authorized channels and in accordance with applicable law. Staff must avoid alerting suspected offenders where doing so could endanger a person or compromise an investigation.

5. Evidence Preservation and Privacy

Relevant existing reports, URLs, account identifiers, timestamps, and records must be securely preserved to support review and lawful investigation. Removing public access must not unnecessarily destroy relevant evidence. Preservation, access, retention, and disclosure must comply with applicable law; illegal material must not be copied or retained except as lawfully permitted or required. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it for safety review, legal obligations, or cooperation with authorities. YoSpot will protect the identity and personal information of reporters and potential victims to the extent permitted by law and necessary for their safety.

6. Resolution and Appeals

All reported complaints will be resolved within five (5) business days of receipt under our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. This is YoSpot ’s complaint-handling deadline and does not determine the duration of an external law-enforcement investigation. Immediate protective action and required reporting take priority. Decisions may be appealed under that policy; unresolved disagreements will be resolved by an independent, neutral body at YoSpot ’s expense. Appeals do not delay removal or required law-enforcement referrals.

7. Accountability and Staff Procedures

YoSpot management is responsible for assigning safety-review responsibilities, ensuring personnel handling reports are instructed in this policy, maintaining records of actions and referrals, and reviewing these procedures after incidents and when legal requirements change. Retaliation against anyone making a good-faith report is prohibited.
