Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains refunds, subscription cancellations, and billing concerns for YoSpot AI, Inc. (“YoSpot ,” “we,” or “us”). It applies to purchases made directly from YoSpot and should be read with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Subscription Payments and Cancellation
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your paid access continues through the end of the subscription term for which you have paid, and cancellation takes effect at the end of that term. We do not provide prorated refunds or service credits for unused days, except where required by law.
You may cancel through Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription in the YoSpot AI app, or contact [email protected]. To avoid renewal charges, our Terms require cancellation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the last day of the current subscription term. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Keep your cancellation confirmation and contact support if you encounter difficulty canceling.
If you believe you were charged after a timely cancellation, contact support with the charge details and cancellation confirmation so we can investigate.
3. YoSpot Credits and Failed Generations
Purchases of YoSpot Credits are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. There are no refunds for partially used bundles, unused credits upon account closure or termination, or credits remaining when a paid subscription is canceled, except where required by law. Credits remaining after a downgrade to a Free Account stay in your account under the Terms. YoSpot Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
As stated in our Terms, when a generation fails to produce an output, the YoSpot Credits charged for that generation are automatically returned to your account. This is a restoration of your credit balance, not a cash refund. If the credits have not been returned or your balance appears incorrect, contact support with the generation reference and approximate date and time.
Additional replacement credits for other technical service issues may be considered case by case under the Terms. Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result does not by itself create a contractual right to a refund, but this does not affect any remedy required by applicable law.
4. Billing Errors and Refund Requests
If you believe a payment was duplicated, made in error, unauthorized, or subject to a refund required by law, email [email protected] with the subject “Refund or Billing Request.” Include the email address associated with your account, the transaction or receipt reference, the payment date and amount, and a description of the issue. Include relevant cancellation or error details if available.
Do not send your full card number, card security code, password, or banking login details. We may request information reasonably needed to locate the transaction and assess the request through an appropriate support channel.
We will review the transaction and explain the outcome. All reported complaints will be resolved within five (5) business days of receipt under our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. This is the complaint-resolution deadline; the time a bank, payment provider, or app store takes to post an approved refund may differ.
5. Approved Refunds and Third-Party Purchases
Where a monetary refund is approved or required by law, we will arrange it through the payment provider, ordinarily to the original payment method where supported. We will communicate the amount and relevant processing information. Funds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
If a purchase was made through an app store or another third party acting as the seller, its refund process and applicable terms may govern the request. Use the seller identified on your receipt to locate the appropriate refund channel. YoSpot support can help identify the relevant transaction or provider where possible. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Disagreements and Contact
If you disagree with a billing or refund decision, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Complaint Appeal,” identifying the decision and explaining your concern. The review and independent dispute-resolution process is described in our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. An unresolved disagreement following internal appeal will be resolved by an independent, neutral body at YoSpot ’s expense, as set out in that policy.
You may contact support for help before initiating a payment dispute. Doing so is not a condition of exercising any legal right or any dispute right available through your payment provider. For refund, cancellation, or billing questions, contact [email protected].
